We recently purchased a 4 year old townhouse and the sliding patio was always difficult to lock. I was able to find the manufacturer (MI) which led me to Springhouse’s website. I described the problem to Michelle who suggested that it could still be under warranty. We scheduled the service call to evaluate the situation. Galen came out and he couldn’t be nicer. A couple of tweaks and he was on his way. He was the best. In this day and age it was refreshing to find such a quality organization who sincerely cared about making it right. They did an outstanding job very professional and personable , over the years there were some problems but one call to Eric and problems were solved . He stands 100 percent behind what he sells and installs .

The gentleman came out and measured and was very professional. he gave me the brochure for the products that they carry. I knew exactly what I wanted and he assured me it would be delivered in a timely fashion. After following up with someone on the sales team they realized there was a mistake and the doors had been delivered and were sitting in the warehouse. no big deal because they came and spent half a day installing three identical doors. I was told by the installer if there was something wrong or an issue came up that they would come back and fix it. It is an older home that I live in and one of the doors just wasn’t closing correctly. An appointment was made and the service technician came out and now the door closes perfectly. I would recommend Spring House doors to anyone who is looking for quality and service. I will use them again for future projects.

Spring House replaced all of my windows. My new windows are easy to operate; they are also well insulated and functional. I replaced my kitchen window with a casement window and it my favorite window in the entire house. From the initial sales appointment to the day of installation, everything worked seamlessly.

My experience with Spring House Window and Door (Malvern) was exceptional.

First, they’d recommended the Pro Via Endure vinyl windows, which is a great option for those on a budget but needing quality. They make my home look 1000% better than my previous aluminum windows from the 60s.

Further, Tiffany (sales) and Galen (owner) deserve commendation for their top tier customer service before, during, and after installation. They’d clearly understood my goals and were invested in the project, a rare find compared to contractors who pressure, rush, and abandon clients after completion. At no point did I ever feel pushed into making a decision against my better judgement.

Finally, the installation crew was outstanding. Each installer took pride in their craft, ensuring the installation was clean, correct and that I was satisfied.
