We recently purchased a 4 year old townhouse and the sliding patio was always difficult to lock. I was able to find the manufacturer (MI) which led me to Springhouse’s website. I described the problem to Michelle who suggested that it could still be under warranty. We scheduled the service call to evaluate the situation. Galen came out and he couldn’t be nicer. A couple of tweaks and he was on his way. He was the best. In this day and age it was refreshing to find such a quality organization who sincerely cared about making it right. We first started working with Eric in the late summer /early fall. Eric came out and gave us a quote within a few days. We were so excited and ready to begin and then had a family emergency and couldn’t proceed. Then in February things were better and we were ready to go. I reached out to Eric, him and Rob had the updated estimate out to me right away. I was pleasantly surprised the price hadn’t changed too much. Then came installation time. The windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed weeks early, which we were thrilled with. Rusty and his crew were amazing. His attention to detail is outstanding. The whole crew were friendly and polite, which is really nice since they are going in and out of you house. We’ll definitely be reaching out for a new front door soon.
