Simply the best. We had an incredible experience working with Spring House Window & Door. From our initial conversations with Tiffany on design, to working with Galen during measurements, to the installation completed by Jimmy and Eric, the entire process was top tier from start to finish.
We had our front door replaced along with all of our shutters, and our house looks brand new. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and communication throughout the project were outstanding.

We recently purchased a 4 year old townhouse and the sliding patio was always difficult to lock. I was able to find the manufacturer (MI) which led me to Springhouse’s website. I described the problem to Michelle who suggested that it could still be under warranty. We scheduled the service call to evaluate the situation. Galen came out and he couldn’t be nicer. A couple of tweaks and he was on his way. He was the best. In this day and age it was refreshing to find such a quality organization who sincerely cared about making it right.
