We were surprised how long the windows took to arrive from the manufacturer, but once they were in the installation only took a few days. The door arrived sooner, and they installed that separately. There was a minor defect in the door (from the manufacturer), and Spring House took care of it with very little hassle. We will be going back to them for the second floor windows next year.”
