For over 35 years, Spring House Window & Door has helped homeowners make lasting improvements through quality products, knowledgeable guidance, and experienced installation. We’ve built our reputation by doing things the right way — providing thoughtful recommendations, maintaining strong communication, and standing behind our work.
Project Sales Consultants guide homeowners through window and door selections, assess project needs, provide tailored recommendations, and support customers from consultation through project planning. This role is consultative by nature and focused on creating trust and long-term relationships — not high-pressure sales.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating technical information clearly, staying organized, and helping customers make informed long-term decisions.
Window and door experience is a plus, but communication, adaptability, and consistent follow-through are essential.
