We recently purchased a 4 year old townhouse and the sliding patio was always difficult to lock. I was able to find the manufacturer (MI) which led me to Springhouse’s website. I described the problem to Michelle who suggested that it could still be under warranty. We scheduled the service call to evaluate the situation. Galen came out and he couldn’t be nicer. We first started working with Eric in the late summer /early fall. Eric came out and gave us a quote within a few days. We were so excited and ready to begin and then had a family emergency and couldn’t proceed. Then in February things were better and we were ready to go. I reached out to Eric, him and Rob had the updated estimate out to me right away. I was pleasantly surprised the price hadn’t changed too much. Then came installation time. The windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed weeks early, which we were thrilled with. Rusty and his crew were amazing. His attention to detail is outstanding. The whole crew were friendly and polite, which is really nice since they are going in and out of you house. We’ll definitely be reaching out for a new front door soon.

Spring House replaced all of my windows. My new windows are easy to operate; they are also well insulated and functional. I replaced my kitchen window with a casement window and it my favorite window in the entire house. From the initial sales appointment to the day of installation, everything worked seamlessly.

We are quite happy with the quality of our Marvin windows and are particularly pleased with our window installers Gaylon and Brian. From our initial meeting, the men were very friendly and considerate, making sure to wear a mask in our home and thoroughly cleaning up as they completed each segment of the installation project.
