Great product, great install. Beautiful install of sliding glass door in our condo. Installer was careful to preserve the brick molding in accordance with condo appearance requirements. And the insulated Marvin sliding door replaced a single pane which really helped keep the space comfortable in winter.

We had two large bow windows replaced. Their price was better than anyone else’s, and the installation was done quickly and professionally in less than a day, with both the inside and outside of house cleaned up at the end of the day.

They did an outstanding job very professional and personable , over the years there were some problems but one call to Eric and problems were solved . He stands 100 percent behind what he sells and installs .

Spring House replaced all of my windows. My new windows are easy to operate; they are also well insulated and functional. I replaced my kitchen window with a casement window and it my favorite window in the entire house. From the initial sales appointment to the day of installation, everything worked seamlessly.

My experience with Spring House Window and Door (Malvern) was exceptional.
First, they’d recommended the Pro Via Endure vinyl windows, which is a great option for those on a budget but needing quality. They make my home look 1000% better than my previous aluminum windows from the 60s.
Further, Tiffany (sales) and Galen (owner) deserve commendation for their top tier customer service before, during, and after installation. They’d clearly understood my goals and were invested in the project, a rare find compared to contractors who pressure, rush, and abandon clients after completion. At no point did I ever feel pushed into making a decision against my better judgement.
Finally, the installation crew was outstanding. Each installer took pride in their craft, ensuring the installation was clean, correct and that I was satisfied. They promptly addressed one of my concerns less than 24 hours after installation. I urge them to maintain and build upon this mindset for it will make them all stand out in the industry.

Working with Spring House Window & Door for our new door was phenomenal, from start to finish. First, they have a great showroom where we were able to see all the options and choose exactly what we wanted. During the quoting process, we had other companies come out with their tablet software building the door but Spring House didn’t need all that, they knew exactly what was and wasn’t available. And their quote was so much lower – for the same exact door – than everyone else’s! Finally, on installation day they showed up on time and finished quickly. We’ve now had our gorgeous new door and sidelights for about two months and just love it. I’ll be recommending them to anyone looking for a new front door!
